  2. (Consumer): Any person who engages in e-commerce to obtain products or services provided by the store through its electronic platform.
  3. (Agreement): Refers to these Terms and Conditions that govern and regulate the relationship between the parties.

Article Two – Legal Capacity of the Consumer

  1. The consumer acknowledges having full legal capacity recognized under Sharia and law, or that they are at least eighteen (18) years old.
  2. In case of violation of this article, the consumer bears full responsibility for the consequences before third parties.


Article Three – Nature of the Store’s Obligation

  1. The store’s obligation toward consumers is to provide the (service or product).
  2. The store may provide additional services such as after-sales services, depending on the nature of the requested (service or product).


Article Four – Usage Regulations

  1. The consumer must use the store’s electronic platform in accordance with public morals and the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The consumer agrees not to use any product or service purchased from the store in a manner that violates public morals or applicable laws.


Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations

Upon applying for membership, the user must provide specific information and choose a username and confidential password. By doing so, you agree to the following:

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and must immediately notify the store of any unauthorized use.
  2. The store shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from disclosure of your account credentials.
  3. You are fully responsible for your account, and any use by others is considered authorized by you.

Article Eight – Payment and Settlement Services

  2. The store commits to displaying prices according to market value.
  3. The store commits to issuing invoices and receipts for all transactions.
  4. The store commits to applying recognized accounting standards.


Article Nine – Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights related to the store are fully owned by the store.
  2. The consumer agrees to respect all intellectual property rights, including the store name, logos, and trademarks.


Article Ten – Store Liability

  1. The store operates in accordance with Saudi laws and regulations.

  3. The store guarantees that all products or services are lawful and authorized for use in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Article Eleven – Restriction of Access or Membership

The store may suspend or terminate a consumer’s membership or access at any time without prior notice.


Article Twelve – Applicable Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Article Thirteen – General Provisions

If any clause becomes invalid, the remaining clauses remain in force.

Arabic shall be the authoritative language for interpretation.

Prices and promotional offers are subject to change.

Promotional offers are temporary and may be modified or discontinued.

This agreement may only be terminated by a decision from store management.


Account Deletion Steps

  5. Scroll down to view your account details.
  6. Click on “Delete Account.”
  7. Read the warning message carefully.
  8. Click “Confirm Deletion.”
