First: Return and Exchange Policy for Tangible Products

Tangible products (which are shipped to the customer) are subject to the return policy under the following conditions:

The customer is entitled to request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • A product different from the order is delivered
  • A clear manufacturing defect is found

The customer is not entitled to request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • If the product has been used
  • If the original packaging has been opened
  • If the damage resulted from misuse

Fourth: Return Label & Shipping Costs

If the reason for the return is a store error or a manufacturing defect, Al-Batal Cards – Al-Batal Card Store bears the shipping cost.

If the reason for the return is related to the customer, the customer bears all shipping costs.


Fifth: Return Currency

Any refund (if approved) will be processed in the same currency used during payment, and the amount will be refunded to the original payment method only.

The refund process after approval may take up to 30 business days.

The duration depends on:

  • The bank
  • The payment gateway
  • The customer’s country
  • Currency conversion, if applicable

Al-Batal Cards – Al-Batal Card Store bears no responsibility for incorrect purchases resulting from:

  • Entering incorrect information
  • Choosing an unsuitable product
  • Not reading product details

Return requests are reviewed only in the case of a documented technical defect in the code that prevents its use, provided that the defect is from the issuing company and not due to misuse or issues related to the customer’s platform or account.

A return request must be submitted within 0–2 days at most from receiving the code.

If there is an issue with the code, the customer must contact the support team through:

After that, the code will be verified with the issuing party before making a decision regarding refund or compensation.

After the code is correctly delivered to the customer, Al-Batal Cards – Al-Batal Card Store bears no responsibility for:

  • Lost codes
  • Stolen codes
  • Used codes
  • Expired codes whose validity was clearly stated at the time of purchase

The customer becomes fully responsible for safeguarding the code upon receipt.


Exchange Policy for Digital Products (Exchange Policy)

Due to the nature of digital products (codes and cards), exchange is strictly not possible once the code has been delivered to the customer, as codes are instant products that can be used or copied once viewed.

  • The product cannot be exchanged for another product
  • The type or category of the code cannot be changed after order completion

However, in one case only, an exchange may be granted if:

  • The code is defective and unusable

In this case, the following applies:

  • The code will be replaced with a new valid code
  • or
  • The amount will be refunded according to the return policy above

This is subject to technical verification with the code’s issuing party.

Al-Batal Cards – Al-Batal Card Store reserves the right to amend or update the Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the website or application.

Continued use of the website constitutes full acceptance of the updated policy.
