Return & Exchange Policy – Digital Products

At AlBatalCards, we always strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your digital purchases. However, due to the special nature of digital products, please review the following Return and Refund Policy.


1. Return Eligibility

All sales of digital products (cards, codes, electronic vouchers) are final and non-returnable once the purchase has been completed and the code has been delivered to the customer.

Al Batal Cards is not responsible for incorrect purchases caused by:

  • Entering incorrect or incomplete information
  • Selecting the wrong product
  • Failure to read product details

Return requests are only considered in the case of a documented technical defect that makes the code unusable, provided that the defect originates from the issuing company and is not due to misuse or platform issues on the customer’s side.


2. Return Window

A return request must be submitted within 0–2 days from the time the code is delivered.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.


3. Return Method

If there is an issue with the delivered code, the customer must contact our support team through:

The following information must be provided:

  • Order number
  • The received code
  • A screenshot or video showing the error message
  • Any additional details requested by the support team

The code will then be verified with the issuing company before making a decision regarding replacement or refund.


4. Return Label

As digital products are delivered electronically and not physically shipped:

  • Return label: Not applicable
  • Return label cost: Not applicable


5. Return Currency

Any approved refund will be processed in the same currency used for the original payment and will be issued back to the original payment method only.


6. Return Countries

Our return policy applies to all countries, as digital products are not tied to a geographical location.


7. Refund Options & Fees

  • When a refund is approved and issued back to the original payment method, no refund fee is charged by Al Batal Cards Store, except for any fees imposed by the payment gateway or bank, which are beyond our control.
  • There is no restocking fee, as these are digital products.


8. Refund Processing Time

The refund process — once approved — may take up to 7-14 business days up to 30 Days to be fully completed.

Processing time depends on:

  • The customer’s bank
  • The payment gateway
  • The customer’s country
  • Currency conversion delays (if any)

Al Batal Cards Store is not responsible for any delay caused by banks or payment service providers.

If the refund exceeds the stated processing time, please contact us for assistance.


9. Product Responsibility After Delivery

Once the code has been successfully delivered to the customer, Al Batal Cards Store is not responsible for:

  • Lost codes
  • Stolen codes
  • Used codes
  • Expired codes (when the expiration date was clearly stated before purchase)

The customer is fully responsible for keeping the code safe after receiving it.


Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of digital products (codes and cards), exchanges are strictly not possible once the code has been delivered, as digital codes can be viewed, copied, or used immediately.

  • A product cannot be exchanged for another product.
  • The code type or category cannot be changed after completing the order.

However, there is one exception:

If the delivered code is:

  • Defective or invalid

Then the customer may receive:

  • A replacement code, or
  • A refund, according to the return policy above

This is only done after performing a technical verification with the issuing company.


Policy Updates

Al Batal Cards Store reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will take effect immediately once published on the website or application.

Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
